This is a steak made from the rare "Ichibo" cut of Kuroge Wagyu beef (approximately 150g).

Ichibo is a rare cut of beef located at the tip of the cow’s rump, next to the rump steak. It is said to derive its name from the H-shaped bone in the rump, originally called "H-bone," which eventually morphed into "Ichibo." This cut is characterized by marbling, rich fat content, and a tender, juicy texture.
